There is something that worries me and I wanted to talk about that. There are some experts who connect restart of hostilities in Karabakh with Azerbaijan oil revenues for example Magdalena Frichova
she says “By about 2012 - after which Azerbaijan’s oil revenue is expected to decline - a military adventure may be a good way for Baku to distract citizens from economic disappointment and government failures.” It seems time has moved faster and instead of 2012 we see the same situation now.
I am not sure if these connections between Azerbaijan oil revenues and restart of war is correct or not. However, it is obvious that there is always risk of war restart . Recently Azerbaijan has adopted its military doctrine where Armenia explicitly is named as an hostile country. Considering also time to time their president and high ranking officials threats I think we must be extremely cautious.

In following lines I have tried to predict possible course of war. At the beginning I should say that I served in military of Iran for 2 years as a lieutenant so I will appreciate comments from more professional people may be in this way we can have our own louysworld military doctrine which will serve to protect our  all motherland.
During my service I was thought that there are 2 ways of defense against attacks of enemy one way is the way that Iran used during its war with Iraq I mean using human resources and stopping enemies attack by sacrificing your soldiers and not giving any territories , the other way is allowing the enemy to come forward and entering your territory but in this way you should control enemies progress by allowing them to advance to the places that you want in other words to put them in a trap. I think Armenians used second way during Karabakh war. By this I do not mean the assault of Azerbaijan in 1992 which is also called &quot;Goranboy Operation&quot; during this attack our north front collapsed and we just managed to stop Azeri&#039;s tanks by the help of helicopter gunships. However, in 1994 after Azeri&#039;s attack to Kelbajar when they crossed the Omar, Armenians managed to surround them and Azeri&#039;s suffered huge casualties and it was at this point that they gave up and a cease fire was declared.
In the future war Turks will try to get to Stepanaket as soon as possible and they will try to do this by surprising us like the one in Krajina or Kuwait when Iraq attacked it in both cases the assault were done mainly by tanks and armored vehicles, if they use air force as start of an assault , they will lose the war because the key point in their success is to get to Stepanakert as soon as possible and if we manage to withstand for some while then we have won the war. According to maps we are really in good geographical position . If they attack from Martakert our counter attack can be from Kelbajar and Aghdam. If they attack Kelbajar direction again thy will face a disaster. If they attack Martuni our response can be from Fizuli ,Aghdam and Stepanaket .... 
We should make roads in a way that will give us the opportunity of our fast reaction, also will not allow Azeries to  reach Stepanakert in half an hour. We must consider security of Stepanakert in making the north to south highway. However, by this I do not mean that this road should not be built I just mean we should take some measures that organization of our army wont collapse even if Turks got to Stepanakert. May be we can move the administration centre of Karabakh to Shushi or,  increasing the integration of Karabakh and Armenian armies. 
Be sure according to current geographical map if Turks attack and we just avoid organizational collapse then not only we will recapture lost territories but also this time we might go to Baku]]></description>
